Here I'm trying to do 9 things at once and I screwed up one of our own
TLA's (three letter acronyms)
As for your feelings that we're encroaching on and cheapening the value
added services offered by the RSPs, I had hoped that Ross Rader was
effectively addressing that issue.
We're not trying to pee on your legs here guys, we're trying to help you
all collectively as a group. Besides - having a service does NOT make you
a good company and will NOT make you money. You have to provide support
to your customers, market them, get them to your door, wine them and dine
them, make them feel special. We're just trying to help everyone extend
the toolset they have so they can concentrate more on the customer - not
the technical wiz stuff that makes up a particular service.
