Trying to justify them, yes he is doing that. Effectively addressing
the concerns, no.

You may not be trying to do that, but that's exactly what you are
doing.

All you are doing is cheapening the value add to the point that these
services are no longer a distinguishing value add anymore.
It sucks, and it spells bad news for your existing RSPs who have
worked hard to distinguish themselves in this way.
