Here is my "explicit statement": I would like to see Tucows/OpenSRS
provide DNS and URL redirecting as well as email forwarding to RSP's
to sell as part of their RSP-services. The reason I would like to see
this added, is that I see a growing market for personal (family)
domain names. In this market, there are few if any possibilities to
add value through good hosting etc. The free webpage hosting and the
free email services provided by ISPs and companies like Yahoo
(Geocities) and Hotmail, are suficient for most personal domain
holders.
This is all about a *new* market, requiring new methods and
packages. The introduction of new TLDs will only make this market
grow. At least, that is my guess.
