Had a registration this morning for SHOPPING.CO.UK... Very surprised it was
available, and it turns out it wasn't...
Try this whois:

You'll see this line:
Domain Registered By: DETAGGED
When I search availability for this domain name on my site or any other
OpenSRS site, SHOPPING.CO.UK is listed as available.
However, when I submitted the registration request for SHOPPING.CO.UK, the
OpenSRS interface tells me the domain has been "Declined by Registry".
Can anyone enlighten me on the status of a DETAGGED domain and how such a
domain responds when queried by the OpenSRS lookup?
