I think DETAGGED just means that the record doesnt have an IPS tag
associated with it but the holder pays nominet directly 80 GBP for
renewal.
This is the bit (I think) (from www.nic.uk)
Changing Your ISP
Check the existing contract between yourself and your Internet Service
Provider (ISP) and find out about any penalties that you may incur by
moving your Domain Name.
Once you have found a new provider, request that your current ISP who is
hosting your Domain Name (the Tag Holder) moves the Domain Name over to
the Tag of your new ISP.
If the new ISP is not a Nominet Tag Holder, you should confirm to Nominet
in writing - on company letterhead - the details of your new ISP. You will
need to supply a list of the Domain Names affected, and details of your
new ISP's host machines. You must also notify your current ISP that you
wish to move your Domain Name(s) to a non-Nominet Tag Holder. The Domain
Names will then be transferred onto a Nominet Tag, assuming there is no
contractual basis on which Nominet cannot interfere with your current
arrangement with your ISP, and are then dealt with in the same way as a
Direct Registration and are subject to the direct registration fee renewal
charges.
