For the past two days we have been experiencing problems accessing
whois.cdnnet.ca. (whois: connect: Operation timed out)
Anyone know if there are any mirrors of this?
whois.cira.ca seems to be ok.
The cira web site is sometimes slow. But so far I haven't heard
anyone report a problem.
One big problem we have (probably related to the whois issue)
is that customers have difficulty processing registrations.
The 'retrive-from-whois' fails alot, and the sw_register fails
sometimes when it is unable to get the registration date.
At some times it is so bad, you just can't process anything.
Is anyone else seeing these problems?
I hate to think what next week will be like.
