I know im not the only RSP that is having .ca upgrades fail due to "unretriavable anniversary date">>not exact quote......   my list of these is now long support tells me cancel the order and redo ,the CIRA data base is overloaded thus the error....Yes I do understand everyone's frustration I have cancelled and reordered a dozen times on a couple and always the same error.....has anyone else found a better answer to fix this there must be one!!!!!!       problemmmmmm...........the customers are going to be pissssed if someone else gets it after NOv. 1 and thats not far [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.Solution-Link.com A Whatever Computes ltd.
