One thing - this is the way it currently works.  You can dispute it, contact
CIRA yourself, and we will follow up as a Registrar ourselves.

Second - this isn't something that needs to be cc'd to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
further - this is a pure policy issue, and not something that's "broken"
technically.  We can leave them out of this :)
