This is an indication that you are attempting to log in to the production
server from an IP address that has not been granted access.
If you're not yet live, you should modify OpenSRS.conf to connect to
horizon.opensrs.net.
If you've just passed the RITE test, just hang tight. OpenSRS will get you
configured in the production environment and you'll receive a confirmation
email.
If you've already received this email, it's quite possible that you provided
OpenSRS with the wrong IP address (for example, your web may be at
123.123.123.5, but the boxes primary IP is 123.123.123.1. If you reported
your IP as .5, then you're going to have troubles logging in.
If you've been in production and this has just cropped up, send email to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and they can help you.
