May I ask what the OpenSRS support ticket # was?

Bankrupt Resellers are a Compliance issue. [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Basically, the only reason for requesting a Reseller transfer is if the current
reseller is gone and the Domain owner has forgotten the password.

We require a fax signed by the Domain owner on company letterhead (if
possible) with the following info:

Domain names, owner and Email address.
Current reseller
New reseller's username

The process could take several days.
