Good points, but there are few situations when it would be absolutely
imperitive to move a domain to another RSP in a matter of hours rather than
days.  I agree that the current RSP should have absolutely no say in the
matter.  From earlier posts, it appears that an automated method of
transferring between RSP's is currently being developed.  Like most things
OpenSRS, the development of the management capability seems to lag a bit
behind the demand for the same.
