You bet. I downloaded the "DotSRS" code last week. They have a reseller
program very similar to OpenSRS, except for the fact that there is no
reg_system like client code provided, only a bunch of routines - but that
does the trick as well. $500 minimum and 25% discount rate as far as I
remember.
