We have dozens of those NSI invoices- arriving DAILY!!!! Even for domains
that were transferred 2-3 months before domain expired - hence the usual
excuse of NSI that once a billing cycle begins they cannot stop it would
fail.

We are also getting emails from clients who transferred domains to OpenSRS
through our site and now are receiving NSI invoices and Deactivation
Notices.

I am in touch with an Attorney who is handling Class Action Lawsuit against
NSI on behalf of clients who tried to register long expired domains. Since
NSI does not issue refunds, this might be another Class Action Prospect.

Cheers,

Subject: Re: Protest Network Solutions Hoarding Expired Domains

I recently spoke to a US Postal Inspector, and he believes based on
our discussion that there may be cause for filing criminal mail fraud
charges against NSI for their practice of continuing to send billings
for domains that have been transfered to other registrars.

He is sending me the forms to start an investigation. Please hang on
to any improper invoices you get from NSI as they could be needed for
evidence to show that this is an on-going pattern of fraud.

I'll post more information as I get it.
