This same problem persists here in asia as well, the worse part is, the
billing is done by their branch in asia, and on the RENEWAL &
DEACTIVATION notices they ask you to call a U.S. phone number if there
is something wrong with the bill. Holding on for a hour on the phone
isn't worth the effort from asia, so my clients just pay, then they come
knocking on my door for a explanation. 

That's the reason, they're not stopping those invoices i think.
