In my experience, turn around times are 1-2 weeks for the whole process to
complete (assuming the Admin email is up to date, and you're not owing
moneys).  If you're trying to transfer with less than a month to go,
you're running the risk of having something go awry and making you lose
time.

All the transfer requests are placed via OpenSRS - you need not contact
NSI for the process to complete itself.  Make sure none of your domains
are on administrative lock - this can take (literally) months to resolve.
