For what it's worth: I've gotten 2 domains xfer'd in about 2-3 days, and I
have a heap of 20+ that have been waiting since Thursday. I'd have to guess
that there's a bunch of manual procedure on NSI's part.

And yes, an admin lock took our Legal Dept something like 4 months to get
NSI to undo. Cretins.
