Mark,

I have the same problem with one order. I even got the email notice, as did 
the customer, with order number, etc. And it's an order I entered myself 
for this customer, so I know it was done correctly and completely. It's 
listed in whois as taken, parked on my servers, and registered through 
OpenSRS, but no admin data, and no way to access the domain. I emailed 
support Sunday evening - hoping to hear soon....
