Disappearing Orders??? Is anyone else seeing database errors atOpenSRS?

I have had several orders disappear between the time they came in and the
time I went to complete the registration. When I search opensrs for the
order it is gone. 

I e-mailed [EMAIL PROTECTED] about the issue 8 hours ago and have not
heard from them.

I also have ALL of my "in process" orders showing "Pending Owner Approval"
even though several of them have been approved.

Am I the only one seeing this?

I am very concerned.
