There is an additional step when processing a transfer. OpenSRS Admin
staff reviews transfers manually for 'sanity' - this is just a final
look-over to ensure that things make sense (Admin emails are, admittedly,
subject to abuse and less than perfect control). When this step is
complete, the transfer request then goes to the Registry (and thus the
'losing' Registrar).
If you "Search Reg System Orders" for your domain (at
http://resellers.opensrs.net), viewing the order will show you the time
the order was created, when the 'owner' approved the transfer, and when
the registry request occured. Check this for more information (although,
the Admin step only takes 24-48 hours, it still might be a little
tight)... :)
