The client code provided from OpenSRS only performs domain registrations.
Any ancillary services you wish to include with a domain purchase must be
setup yourselves.

As for "user friendly" - there are tools available for each environment,
Unix typically having Open Source tools, NT typically having paid for
models.  There are outsource companies that provide many of these services,
for a fee and sometimes even for free.  Don't ask me where to look though...

Personally, I'd set it up in Linux, grab some code here and there, and do
the rest myself :)
