Hi,
just an idea :-)
Create a site on your server (I suggest using Linux, tools are e.g.
WebMin - www.webmin.com - and LinuxConf) which has it's own IP address
or is the first site for that IP address.
That site should contain your "parking" file.
Create the following records in your DNS server:
domain.com -> A record -> IP address
www.domain.com -> A record -> IP address
domain.com -> MX rec. -> domain.com
Should work... :-)
