If that email was sent to the billing contact of a domain registered through
another RSP, then I for one think it would be appropriate for OpenSRS to
terminate their relationship with lowcostdomains.com.

Of course, this could all be prevented if RSP's were not able to renew other
RSP's domain names (without an RSP-to-RSP transfer).
