I'm currently looking into this situation to determine what exactly is
going on.  While I can understand your frustration, I know Tucows is NOT
in the habit of playing outside the rules set forth by ICANN and the UDRP.
We would not remain in business very long if we were intentionally
breaking the rules.

That being said, since I am currently working from home, I am attempting
to contact Brenda Lazare at the office and find more information on this
case.

Jack, I suggest you be patient until more information is present - and to
the members of the list please keep in mind that there is likely more to
this situation than what Jack has offered publicly.
