renewal errors?

Is anyone else finding that they can't renew domains?

after about 5 minutes the page returns:

Error 


      Renewal command failed: 400: Internal Server Error. (OPS Timeout). 

(for biwine-on-the-web.com ... and I'd assume buywine-on-the-web.com)

... or is there some step I've forgotten with expired domains?
