domain tranfer

hi ,

i think this discussion may have been there earlier on the list, but i may 
have missed out.

I want to transfer this domain from network soltuons, but it expired like 2 
days back, and they are refusing to transfer it because now it has gone into 
hold being unpaid domains.

any suggestions???
