We'v had many cases of the customer loosing out on domain years
by having to 'renew' at NetSol before being able to transfer ...
but the dont post that renewal to the SRS right away, and
certainly dont automatically refund; they just pocket the profit. :(
Trying to get the $35 bucks out of them seems impossible ...
is there anything we can do?
