The only difficulty with doing deletions is we are CHARGED a transaction
fee if the deletion occurs after 5 days.  Also, we'll have to build a
system whereby we verify for SURE that the customer no longer wants the
domain, or there's proof of non-payment (etc).  It's a tricky business
giving resellers the ability to delete domains - there's no undo button.
If you delete a domain AND you're not supposed to, OpenSRS is ultimately
responsible (and ICANN mandates are HARSH at times).
