Hello David,
Obviously my response was taken out of context. I was irritated with
the NSI comparison since I've experienced their foolishness first-hand
on many occasions.
1) The comparison to NetSol is not irrelevant since that's what my
response was in regards to. (very poorly constructed though)
2) I should have included a couple of <*smart ass remark*>s in my
original response.
3) I was not defending OpenSRS for dropping the ball. I was pointing
out that they will at least fix the problem. NetSol will not fix any
problem(s), nor will they admit they ever had/have any. Go bitch to
NSI about a problem and see what kind of response you get, if any.
4) "Slander" was obviously not the correct statement to use. This
was also pointed out in a private response I received. Chalk one up
to brain freeze caused by Storm Emily. (and a nasty back ache too)
My response was a subconscious reaction brought on by the countless
hours wasted on the phone with mindless NSI drones who have an
average intelligence level equivalent to that of moss on a rock. Very
far from the overall response of the OpenSRS group.
