Well David its obvious by your domains below you will never have to worry
about a dispute.
But for those of us with domains that are worth reverse highjacking it is a
real problem.
If you feel I am making a fool of myself then use a fiter for this thread.

Are you saying that ICANN did not order them to transfer the domain?
My understanding is that it is not up to Tucows,
but rather ICANN, to interprate the law. If Tucows
is making a transfer without ICANN forcing them
to, then that would be a big problem ... all I see
right now is _you_ making a fool of yourself.
