All - If your customers experience this, please send me a private email with
the domain name and the approximate attempted transfer date. Registrars must
provide a reason for denying a transfer if requested. If RCOM continues to
essentially arbitrarily deny transfers, I have no problem making this
request of them a million times for a million domains if I have to.
