FWIW, I have three in this boat.  Last check (22:00 EDT Sunday evening)
they are _still_ in this boat.  Support has been contacted, with a
ticket number and a 48 to 72 hour turnaround time promised via
autoresponder.  Problem is, I have members expecting an answer at
9:00 AM tomorrow.
