...and that leads to the question I had for tech support: do I
retry, or in doing so, will I only manage to bediddle things
further?  (In my instance, the domains in question are showing
up in my "completed" list.)  I was kind of hoping to get an
answer from support one way or the other before trying (or better 
still, see that somebody did a query for transactions occurring
during that "unplanned outage" window and fixed them, making action
on my part unnecessary).
