Well, I can only speculate, but perhaps they were use GMT as the basis
for the stats. That seems unlikely, since the rest of the OpenSRS
users the EST time zone for all the data, but perhaps possible.
That said, it sounds to me like you reasonably met the conditions for
the promotion. Perhaps they just didn't look at it close enough.
