I agree 100%.

One note: I say we all send these "critical meltdown issues" which have been
ignored to [EMAIL PROTECTED] From what I've been told this goes directly
to management and they do pay attention to the requests.

I have to pipe up and concur again. I can't believe how long this has
gone unaddressed.

It should be a trivial fix. Assuming there's a flag in the database
indicating these domains have been transferred away (which is the
impression I got from previous OpenSRS posts about this), it's literally
maybe five lines of code to prevent sending the notices for those domains.

I don't understand why this hasn't been fixed. It could be fixed an hour
from now. Please just do it.

No need to imagine; it's happened to me. The guy gave me a royal reaming
about my company's competence and honesty, and told me he'd never do
business with us again. Ha ha! What fun.
