This is happening. A script is on the verge of being done.

We had some problems getting:

a) a full database dump on our end (strange, I know)
b) an up-to-date authoritative file from Verisign

Our development lead on this changed, which added a little more education
time.

We understand how painful an issue this is and certainly I apologize that
it's still an issue at all.
