You should never expect a response from support within the first 24
hours.  If you do get one, something is definitely wrong.  ;)

If you have an urgent issue, CC the message to the discuss-list.  Many of
the support people monitor the discuss-list and you will usually get a
resolution faster here.  Howeverm remember not to send confidential
informaiton to the public list.
