You should have received a response from Support.  The expectation for RSP
to RSP transfers is a 7-14 day turnaround, instead of the normal under 48
hours for regular support requests.

I wasn't aware that this was an RSP to RSP transfer request - there is no
autoresponder on that system currently setup.
