Great news!
Apparently there has been a lot of pressure put on NeuLevel re: the pricing
and organization of the IP Claim Service, so they have changed their
mind...(literally overnight as I had a meeting with them at 4pm EST
yesterday...)

Anyways I will give you more details when I find them out, but the new
set-up (I think) is that resellers will be billing their customers (you keep
the relationship) and that there will be a wholesale price (so margins will
be better for you)
