Err.. I think you misread. I said it should be one pre-reg
for each domain (ie, that it should be first come first serve).
The reason I say this is the way it should be, is that if you
manage to get a pre-reg in, you know that you have at least
a 1/100 chance (or however many ICANN accredited registrars
there are), but if each registrar accepts multiple orders
for one domain, then you're left with 1 in a million chance,
which kind of defeats the purpose of paying for a pre-reg.
Of course, even its its FCFS for each registrar, only one
registrar will be selected randomly anyway...
Which method do you actually prefer?
