This generally means that youre trying to add a nameserver using an IP
address that is already in use by another nameserver entry (you cant
currently have more than one nameserver record that uses the same IP).

If you dont know what nameserver might be using the IP youre trying to use,
you can check it out by running a whois on it. Network Solutions' whois
(sorry!) is pretty easy to use for this task:
http://www.networksolutions.com/cgi-bin/whois/whois

"host <your-ip-here>"  will get you what you want.
