This is actually a different problem whereby the registry has the
nameservers, but the OpenSRS system does not have them listed (trying to
figure out how/why this happens), so you don't SEE the nameservers, but
when trying to add them the registry says "it's already there" (attribute
value not unique).

Unfortunately, it's the same error provided if the IP address is taken for
a domain server host you're attempting to create (thank you RRP)
