It means you are trying to create a new nameserver host using an IP
address that is already assigned to a different nameserver host. The
registry requires unique IP addresses for each nameserver host.
Use the following link to find out which nameserver host is already using
the IP address (of course you should change the 1.2.3.4 to the actual IP
address in question):
