OK, he owns the domain.  No power, but this signature can override the 
admin contact

--> Admin <--
Has all the power, can do anything, including changing the Owner

--> Billing <--
This is who the bills are sent to.  Has no power.

--> Technical contact <--
Doesn't really do anything.  Has no power.



I guess my question, why can NetSol let any admin AND tech be able to make 
changes, but not OpenSRS?

Could a system be put in place where the tech contact could make changes to 
the nameservers only?
