There is a system in place whereby a sub-user can be created after
registration (I'll see about moving that up in the logic flow) and can be
granted specific access, such as Technical Contact and Nameserver.

The registrant (owner) has legal right to the domain name, the admin
contact is assigned by the registrant explicitly (or at least should be).
The other contacts, while not having any "power", DO have responsability
for the domain (bills are paid, delegation works, etc)
