It's a pretty good bet that they're also a Tucows reseller
and this was put up before we had the ability to easily
transfer between RSPs. That's no longer the case (and
required no changes on the client side)...

"Domains registered through one of the Tucows reseller is not transferable."
I am, obviously, a newbie at this and am still trying to understand all of
the nuances. Why would it not be transferable or why would they believe
that? Any info is very much appreciated.
