Unless, of course, you are dealing with .ca's. For some reason, the
'profile' under OpenSRS means that we want to use the same CIRA profile as
that domain, which is, 99% of the time, untrue, causing more Pain and
Suffering(tm) among .ca RSP's, especially with CIRA's PITA policies.
If you want more details, I can turn this into a rant, but so far, it's
just been a pesky inconsistency.
