Kris is right.
Handles would be fine for the "thin" registries in the world (such as
VeriSign), but since .uk, .tv, .ca, .biz, .info (the list is growing) are
ALL thick registries, it's extremely difficult to make a publicly useable
handle system (without doling out handle contacts for each seperate
registry, which defeats the purpose).
