But that is what the Tucows/OpenSRS email for - to establish that the
Registrant on record wishes to make the transfer..

And a something for you to think of:
- How can ANY Reseller confirm that the identity supplied is actually the
person at the end of the keyboard??
Anyone can access the current registrant information and enter that into any
registration form (through any Registrar)..
