Since we have two pending transfers with NSI and we have received a
confirmation from neither (after four days), can someone confirm the
procedure that NSI seems to be following?
1) NSI has seven days to confirm the transfer once requested by OpenSRS.
2) NSI waits until 11:30 PM (which time zone??) of the sixth day to send
the confirmation request.
3) If NSI does not receive the confirmation request in an half hour, the
request is rejected.
This seems to be what posts have been saying, but if so, please confirm the
time zone so I can know to monitor email at that time!
Besides logging our complaints with OpenSRS, is there anything we can do?
With NSI? Even given the payment problems, this seems like a very STUPID
way to do business, as the transparent method NSI is using to try and stop
outbound transfers is totally apparent to anyone tracking the times.
Has OpenSRS considered a class-action law suit?
TIA,
Lee
