I was about to order some SnapBacks, but noticed that the terms have
changed. It used to be that they lasted 3 years, and one would get
one's money back if no name was ever registered. But, now the time
period has been reduced to 1 year, and no money is refunded if a name
isn't caught (albeit now we can transfer to a different name, if the
initial name isn't caught). I didn't go through with the order, and I
suspect a lot of customers will be disappointed (and vent rage towards
a reseller) in a year, if they didn't get any name in that time period.
